UNI-KON: The concert of the UNIVERSE app

The global K-pop entertainment platform “UNIVERSE” will host a very special concert.

On January 21st, NCsoft Co. (CEO Kim Taek Jin, NC) and Klap Co., Ltd. have posted the official poster and video teaser of the “UNI-KON” concert on the official Universe SNS and announced the news of this concert live online “UNI-KON” on February 14th. Through the Universe app and official site, K-POP fans around the world will be able to watch 14 artist groups live.

UNI-KON will include KANG DANIEL, THE BOYZ, MONSTA X, PARK JI HOON, CIX, ASTRO, IZ*ONE, (G) I-DLE, OH MY GIRL, AB6IX and ATEEZ.

In particular, the “UNI-KON” online live concert is expected to provide fans with new entertainment and impressions by using XR (extended reality) technologies such as AR (augmented reality) and MR (mixed reality) for the concerts, in offering multiple views allowing performance to be viewed from different angles.

NC announced the simultaneous release of the K-pop entertainment platform “UNIVERSE” on January 28th.

As of today, more than 4 million K-POP fans from 188 countries around the world, including Korea, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia and Brazil, have made advance reservations, and the ratio of foreign users is 80%. If you pre-register through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, you will receive an app ticket and NC game item coupon to participate in future artist-related events.
