P1HARMONY: A powerful comeback

FNC ENTERTAINMENT‘s group P1HARMONY returns today, with a fourth mini-album named “HARMONY: Zero in“.

The six boys, KEEHO, THEO, JIUNG, INTAK, SOUL and JONGSEOB are here today to present the title track of the upcoming album “Doom Du Doom“. This song has a very hip-hop and groovy flow with a very imposing rhythm. The album consists of six songs “Black hole“, “Yes man“, “Swagger”, “Mirror mirror” and “Different for me“. The whole album is based on more hip-hop style songs with imposing and catchy rhythms but there is still a rather rock style ballad. Additionally, three of the members participated in writing the songs for the album INTAK, JONGSEOB, and JIUNG.

The presentation of the group is then done by the MC with in the background the colors of the new album in tones mainly of red but with kinds of balloons of all colors.

The performance of “Doom Du Doom” begins directly after the end of the MC’s presentation. Complete darkness falls and thick smoke appears on stage lit by small lights, accompanied by the sound of the wind. The boys then position themselves on top of each other like warriors ready to conquer the world and suddenly flames arise from the front of the stage. They wear military uniforms with very shiny light-reflecting accessories to make them shine even more on stage. Once the performance is over, the boys introduce themselves one by one and thank the journalists for coming. They prepared a very hip hop album and were in a hurry to get back on stage, to meet the fans and above all to present their work.

The members present us with a new song, “Black hole”, even more powerful and very energetic, mixing perfectly the talents of vocalists and rappers. In both performances we were able to witness a very impressive synchronization of the boys. Proving to us that they have worked a lot on this comeback.

Each of the members then takes their place for the photo session before meeting in a group, the background of the stage has seen its colors change, after an intense red for the performance, it is a turquoise blue which takes part, more summery. It is THEO who opens the ball, then JONGSEOP, INTAK, JIUNG, SOUL, then finally the leader KEEHO. They position themselves for the group session with various poses.

Finally, the boys stay on stage to present their future album and what it means to the journalists present here. They wanted to show something new in this new album, whether in the songs or in the performances. The MC then tells them about the G-KPOP festival as well as a London Hallyu pop festival in which they participated last weekend with other groups. For them it was one of the first times they were able to go on tour thanks to the various festivals in which they participated in recent weeks. They were delighted to be able to collaborate with other groups as well and see fans from various countries.

It’s the journalists’ turn to make their questions known and we had the opportunity to ask the first question: “You participated in the G-KPOP concerts in Seoul and Hallyu pop festival, congratulations! Do you have a festival and or a venue concert where you would like to perform?“

It’s KEEHO who answers us,

“We want to participate in different festivals so that we can see a lot of people, different people, who can participate and attend. We want to share our music with as many people as possible.”

The boys are making their comeback at the same time as their sunbaes, SF9, but they don’t mind, on the contrary, they are very happy to be able to share this with them, especially since they appreciate them enormously and also their new music.

The showcase then ends with the group’s thanks, they hope that we enjoyed it and that they will receive lots of love and support for this new comeback.
