KQ FELLAZ 2: The MV of “Geek”, the beginnings of the debuts
KQ Entertainment trainees “KQ FELLAZ 2″ have released their first music video.
On the afternoon of September 17, KQ Entertainment‘s official YouTube channel uploaded the music video for “Geek” from “KQ FELLAZ 2“, attracting attention.
“Geek” is a song that depicts the warm and colorful energy of the boys who are immersed in music, and contains their strong ambition to move their heads by spreading “KQ FELLAZ 2” style music to the world. In particular, the title was selected as the theme song for their American training book “Ready To One“, which recently ended after eight episodes, and has already given the channel’s subscribers a sense of familiarity.
Additionally, as previously revealed on “Ready to One,” senior member MINJAE handled all parts, from lyrics, songwriting, and arrangements, as well as the line of rappers SUMIN and YECHAN who participated in lyrics, raising expectations for their production.
The music video “Geek”, which pays tribute to the self-composed song “From” released by ATEEZ via an American formation during the first leg of “KQ FELLAZ”, captures the exceptional charm of MINJAE, JUNMIN, SUMIN, JINSIK, HYUNWOO, JUNGHOON, SEEUN, HUNTER, YOOJUN and YECHAN in the local landscape in the United States
Even though it was their first music video, they created a natural atmosphere throughout filming, arousing the admiration of the field staff, and in the highlight group dance scene, they showed a powerful dance, proving the results of the dance classes they worked hard on.
With the completion of the music video shooting, the American practice “Ready To One” of “KQ FEELAZ 2” also ended, and they expressed their painful feelings saying, “This is very significant and a turning point in our life because we can set our direction moving forward.“
“KQ FELLAZ 2” will appear on SBS’s “The Player: K-POP Quest,” a reality show that encourages new idols, which will premiere at 11:05 p.m. KST on September 18.
