The 7 members of group BAIKAL will soon take off.
Group BAIKAL (바이칼) will make its debut by releasing a first digital singe, “Hiccup (히컵)“, on September 21st.
“Hiccup” is a Hip-hop song with Heavy Metal guitar riffs, on a rhythm of heavy drum sounds and with an old school beat.
The group’s agency, Baikal Entertainment, explains the boys will be able to express all their masculinity in the song, with powerful moments in the lyrics, such as “Hiccup hiccup, Wake up wake up, 식겁 식겁“, but also softer instants and facets.
Their group name comes for the famous Baïkal lake in Siberia, which is the deepest in the world. The agency says the band wishes to become as famous as the lake can be deep.

First, let us reveal their stage names: K.Bean, Yeonwoo, Noah, Hochan, Dokka, Daewoong and Day.

The 7 boys went to train in Russia, during a festival, before coming back to debut in Korea. A Les 7 garçons sont allés s’exercer en Russie, lors d’un festival, avant de revenir faire leurs débuts en Corée. A little nod to their group name.
