CIX will release their first single album “REVIVAL” in Japan on April 1st.
Earlier, CIX announced that it will release a teaser for the music video for “Revival“, the title song of the same name for the first album in Japan, via its official YouTube channel. The title song “Revival” will be pre-released on all music platforms around the world at midnight this Friday.
In particular, CIX receives a lot of attention from Japanese fans even before the release of its first single album. On the official Tower Records site in Japan, CIX will be presented for the month of April under the name of “Tower Recommend”.
“Tower Recommend” is a plan for Tower Records stores nationwide to listen to new artist albums and select the best artists from among them, posting them to the Tower Records website each month. Among them, CIX has shown its potential to become the first kpop artist selected.
The CIX title song “Revival“, meaning revival and regeneration, is a medium tempo song that emotionally expresses the feeling of being influenced by love. In addition to the title song “Revival“, the first album will include two tracks that were released in Korea first.
CIX, which signed a contract with Warner Music Japan, a major Japanese record label, in August of last year, released the Japanese version of their debut album “Hello Chapter 1.
