On the 19th June 2020, SBS’ new drama “Backstreet Rookie“‘s first OST was realeased. With the title “Something” it is also KANG DANIEL first OST.
The song is a calm ballad with a sweet melody and is really different from the type of music KANG DANIEL usually meets the public. The lyrics expresses the feeling of someone when they fall in love for the first time which completed the drama’s story.
KANG DANIEL said that he was “really excited and trembling because (he is) participating in (his) first OST. (He is) honored to be able to challenge (himself) as an artist“. In a video posted of SBS Now official twitter, the singer also asks the viewers to listen to Something and to watcher the drama Backstreet Rookie.
As a reminder, KANG DANIEL is a solo singer for the KONNECT Entertainment agency. He is also known as a former participant of Produce 101 Season 2 and a member of the winning band, WANNA ONE.
