YG Entertainment announced on August 18th that it has agreed to renew its five-year contract with all of the members of WINNER (Kang Seungyoon, Lee Seunghoon, Song Minho and Kim Jinwoo).
WINNER is a group appreciated for its broad musical spectrum and sophisticated sensibility whatever the genre. The boys have established themselves as global stars over the past seven years, continuing to develop with the full support and trust of YG Entertainment.
WINNER members decided earlier to reward the love of their fans. Celebrating the 7th anniversary of his debut on August 17, the full membership has agreed to renew their contract with YG Entertainment’s new headquarters in Hapjeong, Seoul.
As a result, WINNER has a more stable and reliable musical partnership with YG Entertainment. As WINNER has always attracted favorable public reviews and praise with its high quality music and new endeavors, we look forward to their future activities.

WINNER appeared thanks to the survival show “WIN: Who Is Next“, which aired in 2013, winning the title and earning the group name “WINNER”. After a solid period of preparation, the group debuted with its first full album “2014 S/S” on August 17, 2014.
Starting with “Empty”, they put all the album titles released since their debut, like “Baby baby“, “Really really“, “Love me love me“, “Everyday“, “Millions“, “Ah yeah“, “Hold” and “Remember“, at the top of the major musical charts in Korea and abroad.
Currently, members KIM JINWOO and LEE SEUNGHOON are performing their national defense duties, so they take a break from their group activities for a while. KANG SEUNGYOON and SONG MINHO have been active in various fields such as acting, entertainment and art, as well as solo album activities.
