KARD: Interviews before going on the comeback

Group KARD (BM, J.Seph Jeon So-min, Jeon Ji Woo) discusses its story ahead of its comeback.

KARD will be releasing its fifth mini album “RE:” on June 22 and will begin full activities. In commemoration of KARD’s comeback, DSP Media will release the interview film “KARD RE:MEMBER STORY” on its official YouTube channel from June 6.

In the interview movie, the four members sincerely tell stories, such as memorable moments while working as a member of KARD, musical directions, changes during the break, and affection for the “Hidden Card” fan club”. They will each speak with the keywords “RE: Turn to the Basics (BM)“, “RE:Born (Jeon Somi)“, “RE:Trigger, (J.Seph)“, and “RE:Debut, (Jeon Ji Wow)“.

In the BM interview film, he said, “I think it was an experience that allowed me to grow after I made my solo debut and participated in a fashion show in Paris.

He then said, “I want to remember that moment when four cards are preparing for the album for the first time in a long time with a more mature mind than before,” expressing his happiness and joy ahead of the full comeback. KARD’s interview movies will air one by one for four days starting with BM on June 6th.

KARD returns is an album that comes about a year and 10 months after J.SEPH, who joined the military as an active soldier in 2020, completed his service. As an artist group capable of creating their own songs in lyrics, composition and performance, it draws attention to the new history of the mixed group, which caused a stir at home and abroad.

In particular, KARD has become a group with strong summer music, transforming it in various ways depending on the exciting genre. Each released song, such as “Hola hola”, “Ride on the wind” and “Gunshot”, have been appreciated by global audiences for its cool musical color and wild and unique performances. Fans are increasingly waiting for the comeback of “신용KARD”, whom they trust and listen to, which announced its activities this summer after one year and 10 months.

The contents of KARD’s new album, which was confirmed to return on June 22, will be released sequentially through KARD’s official SNS and DSP Media.
