DSP Media (CEO Kim Jin Woo) announced an absorption merger with Goodfellas Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as Goodfellas) on December 14.

Effective December 1, 2022, Goodfellas will be turned off and integrated into DSP Media transferring various commercial rights, including 100 hit music IP songs from Goodfellas artists such as GAVY N J and POSTMAN, as well as exclusive artist rights.
Goodfellas CEO Min Myung Ki will be named General Producer of DSP Media and will focus on artist and music planning and production, along with producer Lee Seok Joo, composer Lee Yul, vocalist Lee Jin Jae and Singing duo Baby Blue (Jinaon, Do Ayun) will be making another leap forward as DSP Media owned artists.
Producer Min Myung Ki, who has produced and directed albums by a number of artists such as GABY N J, Postman, SG Wannabe, Seeya and Monday Kids, has made steady progress as a “ballad master”, producing ballad newcomers Lee Jin Jae and Baby Blue.
Kim Jin Woo, CEO of DSP Media, said, “This acquisition will strengthen the creative domain of DSP Media, and we plan to use the newly added intellectual property to specify new cooperation projects with RBW.”
DSP Media plans to focus on creating synergies by establishing a more robust and systematic artist and music planning and production system, starting with the recent successful comeback of legendary second-generation band KARA.
