ATEEZ: HONGJOONG and MINGI promote « HALAZIA » in an unusual place

HONGJOONG and MINGI of ATEEZ appeared in the show « 빨아삐리뽀 » broadcast on the YouTube channel « 빨리요 (hurry up ) » on January 17.

For the release of their first Korean single « SPIN OFF : FROM THE WITNESS », the two rappers-composers of ATEEZ met PUNGJA in a laundromat to « wash » their image.

HONGJOONG opened this show by saying: « The concept has been strong since its beginning and many people are scared because we do a lot of unconventional things on stage ». To which PUNGJA replied: « I am not afraid of anyone ».

During the show, HONGJOONG and MINGI explained to ATINYs (fandom name) how they got the nickname « 눈 뒤집는 아이돌 (idols who roll their eyes) ». The captain of ATEEZ explains they have had this look since their debut, which has attracted a lot of attention. They also shared anecdotes that happened during their various promotional activities or high school years.

In addition, HONGJOONG and MINGI bickered throughout the filming revealing various charms, especially MINGI, who showed a lot of humour throughout the show. Therefore, according to PUNGJA: « They look like mischievous people, but I can see they care about each other even if they bicker ».

After « washing » their image, the two ATEEZ rappers explained the group’s history before showing the key points of « HALAZIA » choreography.

Finally, in February, ATEEZ will begin « THE FELLOWSHIP: BREAK THE WALL » European tour.
