Rookie idol group BOYNEXTDOOR (Jaehan, Riwoo, Sungho, Taesan, Lee Han, and Woonhak) are ready to show off its longtime skills.
BOYNEXTDOOR is a long-term project prepared by KOZ Entertainment for about four and a half years.
KOZ Entertainment has been planning a boy group since 2019, when it founded the company, and has selected boys with musical talent and passion through multiple auditions. The group is made up of members who trained under KOZ Entertainment for up to four years and developed their abilities in various fields while preparing for a long-term debut.
BOYNEXTDOOR, who debuts after hard work, participates in writing the songs for its debut album and freely tells its stories. JAEHYUN, TAESAN, and WOONHAK were named in the credits of “돌아버리겠다” and “Serenade” among the single’s triple title songs. The group shows its ambition to achieve consensus with the public with honest and unpretentious music.
Another factor that raises public expectations is the combination of KOZ Entertainment and Hybe, which has strong musical color. Hybe, who has produced active K-pop groups around the world, is expected to support KOZ Entertainment‘s new boy group, which has been carefully prepared for a long time. Hybe’s rich infrastructure added the color of KOZ Entertainment producers, led by top domestic producer Pop Time, to complete the album with both popularity and musicality.
BOYNEXTDOOR, which will be presented by Hybe and KOZ Entertainment, is a group that freely expresses everyday life in music that peers can empathize with. The first single “Who!” will be released at 6 p.m. KST on May 30.
