Girl group WJSN member SEOL-A reinterprets Lynn’s masterpiece.
SEOL-A released the additional song from the “memories project” “곰인형 (Bear doll)” on online music sites at 6 p.m. KST on July 16.
“곰인형 (Teddy bear)” is the title track from Lyn’s seventh album Part II “LOVE FICTION“, released in 2012, and was recently reinterpreted by SEOL-A with a clear and pure tone. The realistic and direct lyrics, which contain the lingering feelings for a separated lover and the aftermath of the breakup, meet SEOL-A‘s clear voice and become even darker.
In particular, the track is reborn as SEOL-A‘s “곰인형 (Bear doll)“, which is different from Lynn’s original song, with the addition of a pop ballad element with retro charm. SEOL-A plans to continue the impression of the original song by capturing the sadness of true lovers with a stable and sensual voice.
