Singer and actor HWANG MIN HYUN has successfully opened an Asian tour.
HWANG MIN HYUN held his “2023 HWANG MIN HYUN MINI CONCERT “UNVEIL” IN SEOUL” at Kyung Hee University Peace Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul from August 4th to 6th. The concert is HWANG MIN HYUN‘s first solo concert since his debut and the first of his Asian tour.
HWANG MIN HYUN kicked off his performance with the title track “Hidden side” from his debut solo album “TRUTH OR LIE” released in February. HWANG MIN HYUN, who delivered a perfect performance on the song adding a grand feeling with the string arrangement, greeted the fans by saying, “I wanted to show my new self through this performance” and added, “It It’s good to meet fans in various places so close. I look forward to coming to meet you,” expressing his expectations for the Asian tour.
HWANG MIN HYUN then sang “Honest” and “Earphone” enthusiastically, coloring the scene with emotion. In this concert, not only the stage, but also the MC Park Seul Ki and the “Tiki-taka” moment with the fans caught the eye, and HWANG MIN HYUN received a surprise cheer as he unveiled Baekhyun’s “Betcha” and “Super shy” by Newjeans, a challenge fans usually wanted.
HWANG MIN HYUN first unveiled the soundtrack scene “예뻐 보여” and the performance “Perfect type” of the webtoon “세기말 풋사과 보습학원”, and presented various scenes such as the soundtrack of the drama “Alchemy of souls”, “Tree (Just watching you 2)” and “Cube”.
Finally, HWANG MIN HYUN, who sang “Universe” mellowed with piano arrangements, appeared from the audience during fan call-backs and sang “Crossword” to add warmth to the stage. There was also a surprise event. A cake was baked for HWANG MIN HYUN, who celebrated her birthday on the 9th, and a touching moment unfolded as fans sang happy birthday with one voice.
HWANG MIN HYUN said, “August is a very meaningful month for me, and above all, I am more special and happy to spend this time with my beloved HWANGDOs (official fan club name). preparing for this performance, and I hope this feeling has been conveyed. HWANG MIN HYUN will continue his Asian tour in Taipei (August 12), Jakarta (August 19), Macao (August 26), Bangkok (September 2), Manila (October 8) and Tokyo (December 20-21).
