Singer RAIN will perform a solo concert of “STILL RAIN” on November 22 (Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena in Atlantic City) and November 25 (MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas) to meet fans for the first time American K-pop artists in 14 years.
