The group KINGDOM has released a video teaser for the music video for “Coup d’état” and has started a countdown to its comeback.
KINGDOM (Dann, Arthur, Mujin, Louis, Ivan, Hwon and Jahan) posted a teaser for the music video for “Coup d’état” from its 7th mini-album, “History of Kingdom: Part Ⅶ. JAHAN“.
The released video shows KINGDOM in a vast desert with a red sun. KINGDOM sits in the desert and looks into the distance, giving off an extraordinary atmosphere. At the same time, as it marks the season 1 finale of the “History of Kingdom” series, grandiose and intense sounds have been added to increase immersion. In particular, at the end of the video, JAHAN, the main character of the new story, looks at the camera, which further amplified the curiosity.
The seven-part “History of Kingdom” is an epic poem between a king trying to awaken as a true king and six kings who come from different eras to help him. This album is the final installment of Season 1, which has been running for over three years by KINGDOM, and will cover the story of JAHAN, the “Kingdom of the Sun”.
Starting with INTRO song “Apocalypse (終末), “Coup d’état“, “Love song“, “X-game“, “On my way“, “모래성” and “Coup d’état d’état (instrumental)“, all titles should clearly show the color of KINGDOM.
KINGDOM will release its seventh mini album “History of Kingdom: Part Ⅶ. JAHAN” on October 18 at noon and will make its comeback with the title song “Coup d’état“.
