Singer-songwriter AOORA will release a new sound source combining Indian and Korean music.

AOORA’s new song “In Da Bus” is an electronic pop genre song that features unique sounds that blend various genres such as reggaeton and house, adding Indian Tumbi and Bansuri instruments to present fresh sounds that have not been heard in existing K-pop.
The song was inspired by AOORA’s bus journey during the six-city tour (Greater Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, Mathura, Sirsaganj and Mainpur), India’s largest state this year, adding to the fun of listen to it thanks to Pakistani musician Maaz Moeed.
In particular, AOORA and producer Fridayyy co-participated in writing and composition, and MiMi, a pop artist and singer, participated as a co-writer to improve the completion. The music video shows AOORA traveling to six Indian cities on a tour bus with crew members including Mimi and Fridayyy, showing off his freedom as an artist on the bus and connecting with the local audience on stage.
AOORA and Fridayyy continue to be active locally as representative Hallyu artists bridging K-pop and Indian music by releasing new Indian masterpieces “Auva auva” and “지미 지미” in K-pop versions, representing Bollywood in the 1980s. In particular, as he plays a leading role in promoting the K-POP market in India, including being selected as the first Korean cultural ambassador to India thanks to his performance this year, Expectations are high as to whether the new song will captivate the global stage, including both countries.
AOORA’s new song “In Da Bus” will be released on various online music sites on November 28 at noon KST.
