Today, December 26, ATEEZ revealed an excerpt from the next 4 music videos which will be released in 2024.
After revealing a release schedule on December 25 that announced the release of four new music videos for January 2024, ATEEZ today released a preview of each music video as well as an intro recalling the events from world A, the world in which the FEVER series takes place, and an outro illustrating the conclusion of events in world Z, the world in which the series THE WORLD takes place.
The music video for “Matz”, HONGJOONG and SEONGHWA‘s sub-unit, will be released first on January 3, 2024 followed by the music video for “It’s you”, SAN, YEOSANG and WOOYOUNG‘s sub-unit, which will be released on January 10, 2024. The music video for “Youth”, sub-unit of MINGI and YUNHO‘s sub-unit, will be released on January 17, 2024 followed by the last music video, that of “Everything”, by JONGHO, which will be released on January 24, 2024.
These four video clips highlight four unique identities corresponding to each style and genre used in the different songs. In addition, these retrace the group’s path between the FEVER series and THE WORLD, thus closing this chapter and opening new possibilities and questions about the continuation of the group’s history. Indeed, the first two music videos, “Matz” and “It’s you“, are inspired by the style and iconography used in the series THE WORLD while “Youth” and “Everything”, are inspired by those of the FEVER series.
Finally, the first music video, “Matz” by HONGJOONG and SEONGHWA, will be released on January 3, 2024.
