SEVENTEEN
SEVENTEEN attains three “Gold” certifications in Japan, solidifying its unwavering popularity.

SEVENTEEN (composed of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino) has recently reaffirmed its phenomenon status in Japan.
According to the “Japan Record Association“, SEVENTEEN‘s fourth album’s main tracks, “HOT” and “Darl+ing“, along with the title track from its second album, “박수” (“Clap”), have all received “Gold” certification for surpassing 50 million streams as of December 2023. The “Japan Record Association” distinguishes certifications based on the total number of streams, with thresholds such as “Gold” (over 50 million), “Platinum” (over 100 million), and “Diamond” (over 500 million), granting monthly certifications.
With these new certifications, SEVENTEEN now holds a total of ten “Gold” streaming certifications, including hits like “아주 NICE” (“Very Nice”), “울고 싶지 않아” (“Don’t Wanna Cry”), “예쁘다” (“Pretty U”), “Left & Right“, “Rock with you“, “HIT“, and “손오공” (“God Of Music”).
SEVENTEEN‘s outstanding popularity in Japan is further reflected in the “Oricon” annual rankings for 2023. Last December, its mini-album “FML” reached third place in the “Album Ranking” and fifth place in the “Combined Album Ranking“. Additionally, its first Japanese best album, “ALWAYS YOURS“, secured the fifth position, while its eleventh mini-album, “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN“, claimed the seventh spot. SEVENTEEN stands as the only artist to place three works in the “Top 10” of both Japanese national and international charts.
SEVENTEEN will hold an encore tour titled “SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ AGAIN” on March 30-31 at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, May 18-19 at Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka, and May 25-26 at Nissan Stadium in Kanagawa.
