P1HARMONY, a group full of heroes coming to save you!
The group P1HARMONY of FNC ENTERTAINMENT makes its awaited comeback with an album entitled «KILLIN’ IT» this Monday, February 5.
Composed of members KEEHO, THEO, JIUNG, INTAK, SOUL, and JONGSEOB, the group holds a showcase on Seoul to present to the journalists present its very first album. P1HARMONY is a group that made its debut in 2020, and whose career is already very successful with no less than six mini albums to its credit. In addition, the concept of the album places the members of the group as heroes, ready to save the world when needed.
The leader continues, expressing in more detail the creative process behind this comeback, saying in particular that with the staff surrounding them, they have concerted to represent through their clothes and accessories an apocalyptic universe, KEEHO has also prepared a PDF to present his ideas to the agency. Then SOUL talks about the key moment of the choreography, when they make devils horns with their hands during the chorus. KEEHO talks again about the video shoot, to share some secrets and fears they may have felt. He says he was disappointed when shooting a scene, because he couldn’t run fast enough and well, so after he took off his heavy jacket, the result was much better and he was grateful that the staff listened to his fears.
Very quickly, it is time to talk to journalists. JIUNG talks about their musical inspirations, focusing on 90s hip-hop. He said they listened a lot to this period to be able to incorporate it into their album, having participated in the writing and composition of certain songs. This inspiration is also found in the fashion of this comeback, especially through the use of large and badly cut clothes, giving this atmosphere sometimes apocalyptic, sometimes hip-hop according to the members who wear them.

The visual of this comeback seems to be at the very heart of the concept of the album. Concerning the tracks composing the album, we can find: «Killin’ it», «Late night calls», «Everybody clap», «Love story», «Countdown to love», «Emergency», «2nite», «Let me love you», «Street star» and «I see U». JONGSEOB felt it was important for the group to incorporate songs with different styles, to show fans, but also to the group’s non-fans that P1HARMONY is able to sing different genres. It is this strength, this plurality of styles, which according to the boys make the strength of the group.
KEEHO then approaches their Billboard charting. As a singer from Canada, he confided that he grew up paying the utmost attention to Billboards, being a reference in the Americas. When P1HARMONY appeared in the charts, he could not believe it, seeing these charts as musical references of the moment. That’s when he thought his group had found success internationally.
More seriously, INTAK addresses the difficulty of making a world tour, because it hires many staffs, preparations, investments, but at the same time ensures that the group does everything to meet its foreign fans as soon as possible. Since the group’s debuts, the singers have often wondered what they wanted to do and reach as idols and as a group. For JIUNG, the thing he most want to do on this day is a concert, as well as a world tour.
P1HARMONY considers itself to be a group doing its best to succeed, despite the difficulties it has encountered during its three-year career. A journalist points to the self-confidence gained by the members for this comeback. JONGSEOB bounces back, claiming that the term «hero» is certainly the concept of this comeback, but also suited them as a human who goes above and beyond on a daily basis to improve and become a better artist. Soon, P1HARMONY will be on stage with American artists, such as POST MALONE.
