Group UNIS will set up a communication channel with fans before its official debut.
In March, UNIS (Hyeonju, Nana, Gehlee, Kotoko, Yunha, Elysia, Yoona, and Seowon) will open an official community on global fandom platform Weverse.
UNIS communicated with its fans through SNS such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. UNIS is expanding its touchpoint by opening the Weverse community ahead of its official debut.
In the future, members plan to get closer to fans around the world by posting varied content and attractions that cannot be seen on stage in the Weverse community.
A special event will also take place to celebrate the opening of this community. If you leave a welcome message with the hashtag #WELCOM_UNIS on the UNIS community, you will receive an undisclosed Polaroid photo with an autograph via a lottery.
UNIS is a group formed by “Universe Ticket”, an audition program jointly produced by SBS and F&F Entertainment. A total of eight members were selected as final members: HYEONJU, NANA, GEHLEE, KOTOKO, YUNHA, ELYSIA, YOONA, and SEOWON. They will be under the management of F&F Entertainment for two years and six months. Since being reunited by fans, they can continue their group activities by signing a contract extension of up to two years.
UNIS showed various activities even before its debut. Members GEHLEE and ELYSIA shared the news of the recording of “Running Man Philippines,” jointly produced by SBS and GMA, a leading broadcasting company in the Philippines. Recently, the group appeared on an SBS entertainment show called “골(Goal)때리는 그녀들(Shooting stars)” and made a big impression on the audience.
UNIS is preparing to make its official debut in March.
