SHINee’s TAEMIN will launch into something new after his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment ends.
According to recent music industry news, TAEMIN’s exclusive contract with his current agency SM Entertainment will be completed at the end of this month. TAEMIN would consider creating his new agency without renewing his contract.
TAEMIN has been supported by SM Entertainment for 16 years since his debut as a member of the group SHINee in 2008. Besides SHINee’s activities, TAEMIN has continued his successful career as a solo artist.
TAEMIN is expected to continue its activities with all members of SHINee even after the end of the individual exclusivity contract with SM Entertainment. The activities are expected to be adapted to the recent “따로또같이 (separate and together)”, individual and group activities in the music industry.
