Singer KIM WOO JIN announces a new beginning with his story.

KIM WOO JIN will release his third mini album “I LIKE THE WAY” on various music sites at 6 p.m. KST on April 22. This is the first time in eight months since his previous job.

KIM WOO JIN highlighted the expected points for this new opus while he was praised for unraveling the process of becoming an American adult through his first mini-album “The moment: 未, a minor“. and his second mini-album “The moment: Bounce“.

“I LIKE THE WAY” is an album that marks KIM WOO JIN‘s new beginning, and, is like KIM WOO JIN‘s bold exit to take his own path away from everything that oppressed him. As he went through a difficult time, he became stronger both inside and outside of music, experiencing a deep understanding of himself and a confidence in the path that KIM WOO JIN should follow in the future.

As if to show it, KIM WOO JIN released an introductory film in which he proudly paraded under the title “REBIRTH” and a still image teaser in which he cut his own hair or performed freely bass in a car. By honestly facing his emotions and expressing them clearly, he became a little more of a solo artist.

The new album contains a total of five tracks, including the title track “I like the way“, “Pretty mess“, “What U say“, “Hold” and “To. My friend“. Particularly, KIM WOO JIN participated in selecting the album’s songs, composing the mood and writing most of the songs, honestly revealing his altered story.

KIM WOO JIN also has a limitless spectrum, enjoying a wide range of genres such as pop, R&B, Afrobeat and ballad. It is expected that you will be able to experience the deeper side of KIM WOO JIN not only in terms of visuals but also in terms of music.

The powerhouse producers came together for KIM WOO JIN, who predicted a musical transformation through the new album. First, K-pop hitmaker Ryan Jhun participated in the title song “I like the way” to create musical synergy with KIM WOO JIN. This song is a pop dance song with a groovy bass line and funky guitar sound with the attractive vocals of KIM WOO JIN.

Additionally, the track “Hold” predicts a high degree of completion, with lyrics, composition and arrangement by Kangta of H.O.T., working with KIM WOO JIN. The lyrics of “Pretty mess” were written by R&B empress SAAY, which contributed to KIM WOO JIN‘s musical growth.
