Band ONEWE has become an “emerging festival power”.
ONEWE (Yonghoon, Kanghyun, Harin, Dongmyeong and GIUK) participated in “PEAK FESTIVAL 2024” held on June 1 at Nanji Hangang Park in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
That day, ONEWE, who opened the concert with “Veronica” with the group’s energetic sounds, performed a series of songs representative of unparalleled musicality. Amid enthusiastic reactions from the audience, ONEWE performed “Rain to be” and “Universe_” in an arranged version, increasing the level of immersion in the performance.
There were also performances from the third mini-album “Planet Nine: ISOTROPY“, released in April. It heated up the stage with performances from the band that went back and forth between delicacy and intensity, including the title track “Beautiful ashes“, “Kiss in the rain” and “Meteor shower“. Finally, ONEWE finished the concert in a bright atmosphere adapted to the festival.
As such, ONEWE showed the potential of the “talented boy band” with powerful live performances and dynamic performances. With love calls from major Korean festivals pouring in due to its popularity, expectations are high for the group’s performance that can only be seen at festivals.
ONEWE will perform at representative music festivals in Korea such as “2024 Awesome Music Festival in Daegu” on the 16th and “2024 Seoul Park Music Festival” on the 30th.
