Singer ROTHY will present a different summer song this summer.

ROTHY will release her digital single “HAPPY END” on various music sites at 6 p.m. KST today. This is the first new song, in about seven months, since the release of his previous track “너의 계절이 돌아올거야“, heralding a loving summer song directed by ROTHY.
The new song “Happy end” is an up-tempo song that advocates the 1980s disco house genre. It contains emotional lyrics that pray for the happiness of separated lovers in contrast to the fast beat.
Kang Butter, who is gaining attention as a new musician by working with top Korean singer-songwriter Shin Seung Hun, IU, NCT’s Doyoung and Lucy, participated in writing the songs, and Kim Hyang, who wrote Park Hyo Shin’s “야생화”, added to the songwriting to complete a combination of confidence and listening.
The clip, which will be broadcast with the sound source, contains the story of ROTHY, who suffers from growing pains on a summer day. In spaces with a seasonal atmosphere, such as the sea in summer, ROTHY collects sounds and captures them on cassettes. ROTHY’s lonely expression in a bright smile, in contrast to the background of a refreshing summer day, increases the level of immersion.
ROTHY is loved by listeners for her unique, sweet and raspy tone, as she mainly performed songs with heartwarming messages such as “Blossom flower“, “Believe” and “Diamond” after her debut song “Stars”.
