The group (G)I-DLE announces a drastic transformation this summer.
(G)I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi and Shuhua) today released the second concept photos, “Wave ver.” for his 7th mini-album “I SWAY” on his official SNS. After the “Wind” version, (G)I-DLE attracts attention with a concept geared towards summer.
In the second set of concept photos, (G)I-DLE members attracted attention by looking ahead, arms crossed while sitting on colorful deck chairs, reminiscent of a summer beach with a cool breeze under the scorching sun.
Among the members, MIYEON attracted attention by wearing a headband and cropped t-shirt as if she was enjoying relaxing on the beach. MINNIE created an exotic vibe with a sheer top and freckle-filled makeup, while SOYEON flaunted sun-enhancing fashion with a bandana.
Additionally, SHUHUA wears a headband and gives a summer vacation vibe with a sweet cake. YUQI attracted attention with transparent toshi, necklaces, earrings and freckled makeup, which is the highlight of the concept photo.
(G)I-DLE foreshadows (G)I-DLE’s refreshing retro sensibility with concept photos that remind people of the cool summer breeze, fitting for the title of its seventh mini-album, “I SWAY.” Attention is focused on what kind of concept photos will be released in the future after the “Wind” and “Wave” versions.
(G)I-DLE will release its 7th mini album “I SWAY” on July 8 and begin promotions. Additionally, they will meet their fans in 14 cities around the world through the “2024 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [iDOL]“, which will kick off with a concert in Seoul on August 3 and 4.
