RESCENE: First soundtrack for the group

Group RESCENE participated in its first soundtrack.

RESCENE (Minami, Woni, Zena, May, and Liv) released the “Counting star” soundtrack of SBS’s “The Magic Star” on June 26 at noon KST.

“The Magic Star” is the country’s first global magician audition that tells the true story behind the glamorous appearance of magicians. The “Counting star” soundtrack from “The Magic Star” is a song that’s in full swing with electric guitar and beats over vintage piano accompaniment, and it has become a hot topic since it was inserted immediately after the elimination of Ariel from the group.

Adding RESCENE’s charming tone, “Counting star” was produced by Vendors, a production team that has produced songs by many K-pop artists, including BTS, NCT, Zerobaseone, Tomorrow by Together, Plave and Sunmi. RESCENE will increase the immersion of “The Magic Star” through “Counting star” with the support of the best professional K-POP production team.

Record producers Kanverse, Sanken and “The Magic Star” said: “You will be able to feel the beauty of magic that you could feel in the main show through the soundtrack.” That of “The Magic Star” can be found on various music sites, and the main show airs every Saturday at 6 p.m. KST.

RESCENE, which has taken on the challenge of a first soundtrack since its debut, took its first steps into the music industry in March with the original concept of “recalling the scene again” by combining the meanings of “Scene ” and “Perfume”. Their debut album “RE:SCENE” achieved significant results upon its debut, ranking 10th in the initial chart for a girl group debut album.

RESCENE will participate in DREAM CONCERT WORLD IN JAPAN 2024, held in August, and show the potential of “K-pop Super Rookie” in Japan beyond Korea.
