Singer JEON SOMI is set to release a new song on Friday, her agency The Black Label announced today.
The upcoming song is JEON SOMI‘s first new music since the release of her debut EP album, “GAME PLAN,” last August.
The new song is expected to showcase her charm as the “summer queen,” according to The Black Label. The music video will be released on the same day as the song.
JEON SOMI recently became the mentor of K-pop trainees on the second season of Mnet’s audition show “I-LAND.” She was also the host of the show’s final episode.
JEON SOMI debuted as part of the girl group I.O.I in 2016, which consisted of the winners of Mnet’s audition show “Produce 101.” The singer began her solo career in 2019 with the single “BIRTHDAY.”
JEON SOMI launched her cosmetics brand Glyf in April.
