MCND is back with a summer song to fight fire with fire.
MCND (Castle J, Bic, Minjae, Huijun, and Win) will release a single “아뜨뜨뜨” at 6 p.m. KST on August 8 and kick off summer activities.
The title track “아뜨뜨뜨” is an addictive rhythmic song created by an unbalanced mix of comga, diembe, and percussion sounds with delightful lyrics that rather appreciate the inevitable summer sun.
Unlike the powerful and mature performances previously presented, MCND tried to make new changes by adding entertainment to its unique energetic performance. In particular, the performance of “아뜨뜨뜨” was vividly expressed with various choreographies and a “hip” dance from the chorus that expresses body heat.
The single also includes the title track “열대야 (Campfire)” as well as the title track “아뜨뜨뜨”. “열대야 (Campfire)” is a fusion hip-hop song that mixes Korean samulnori with trap beats to create an exotic atmosphere, and the single is filled with more colorful imagery by comparing a youthful scene that leaves summer memories on a warm tropical night.
MCND, who will show off its new charm with his summer comedy song “아뜨뜨뜨”, will take advantage of the remaining heat of 2024 to fight it with heat.
MCND’s summer single “아뜨뜨뜨” will be released on various music sites at 6 p.m. on the 8th and will hold its first music broadcast on Mnet’s “M Countdown”.
