BTS’ hit “Spring day” has surpassed 1 billion streams for the first time in Melon history.

“Spring day” is the first song to surpass 1 billion views on Melon. Melon awards the “Beliance Bronze Club” badge to an artist who has accumulated 1 billion views on music streaming. BTS eventually received the badge with a single song, “Spring day“.
“Spring day” has been on Melon’s daily chart (as of August 12) for 2,738 consecutive days. The song set a new record by being on the daily chart for seven years in February of this year. Since then, it has remained on the chart for over seven years and six months. This is also the longest chart in Melon’s history, and BTS is breaking a new record every day.
