SEVENTEEN
The group SEVENTEEN will be able to discover colorful musical colors in 6 days.

The 12th mini album “SPILL THE FEELS,” which will be released on October 14 at 6 p.m. KST, delivers the message, “Let’s trust each other and share our feelings to solve our worries.” SEVENTEEN has packed six songs that the members participated in writing and composing, including the title track “Love, money, fame (feat. DJ Khaled).”
Starting with the hip-hop and R&B “Love, money, fame (feat. DJ Khaled),” SEVENTEEN tried a wide range of genres, including refreshing house, upbeat Miami bass, a ballad with a smart piano performance, Newtro disco with a synth and bass sound, and a large-scale hip-hop that has become the mainstream in the American music market.
Since the release of the video medley on October 7, all of the tracks, “Eyes on you”, “1 TO 13“, the group’s new song “사탕” (Team vocal), “Rain” (Team performance), and “Water” (Team hip-hop), have received as much attention as the title track.
The strong participation of the members is also notable. Starting with WOOZI, the “hit song creator“, more than half of the members, including S.COUPS, HOSHI, WONWOO, MINGYU, VERNON, and DINO, contributed to the writing and composition of the songs. They completed the album “SEVENTEEN DOWN” by expressing their unique energetic charm and positive vibes through music. In addition, artists from various genres, including famous American producer DJ Khaled and British DJ and producer Shift K3Y, are participating in the album, raising expectations for a new synergy.
Above all, the sincere message to CARATs stands out. “Love, money, fame (feat. DJ Khaled),” which is themed around love among various emotions, is a word of trust. “Make eye contact without lies. Just trust me once,” which raises expectations for the future of SEVENTEEN and CARATs. “1 TO 13” is a song that expresses SEVENTEEN’s commitment, such as “I won’t be afraid of our future” and “I’ll offer you my shoulder when you have a hard time.”

The strong interest in the new album was evident in the number of pre-orders. “SPILL THE FEELS” recorded 3,088,395 pre-orders on April 27, about two weeks after pre-orders began. Attention is focused on whether SEVENTEEN, who sold 5.32 million records in the first half of this year alone, will be able to reach 10 million records in annual sales again after last year.
