BEWAVE
Softness, without losing energy for this return.

Today, October 10th, BEWAVE is back with its new single “BE YOUR WAVE“.
BEWAVE is composed of 6 members JIUN, YUNSEUL, LENA, ZENA, AIN and GOWOON, all managed by Gold Dust Entertainment, the concept of this 5th generation group is “Power innocence”, with the intention of transmitting to you those bright moments of youth.
BEWAVE’s first single, named “BE YOUR WAVE” expresses the joy, sadness and pleasure that we feel at the moment we run, we live. All those moments where we are frustrated by pain and sadness are also expressed intensity.
Today’s showcase begins with the broadcast of a teaser video as a small introduction to get you in the mood.
The girls will then quickly move on to the phototime where like great professionals, they will pose in front of the photographers, before continuing with the performance of the title song “너에게로 가는 길이 너무 어려워“. A title that may seem long, as they say, but which was necessary to transmit all the emotion.
The choreography of the song, which was created, is not necessarily powerful, but illustrates well through its movements the difficulties that a young woman can encounter and what she will have to and will manage to overcome.
This is the first comeback since the group’s debut in April this year. JIUN speaking
“This album is different from our first album. It’s complicated but I feel like I’m about to cry. There were a lot of upsetting moments during the preparation, and this moment is the same moment.”
Recalling that they worked hard to put all their energy into the work for this single.
The main title track “너에게로 가는 길이 너무 어려워” expresses the feeling of a young woman who runs quickly towards the person she loves. The title track is illustrated through the MV that turns the young girls into young women on a journey where they may stumble, but they will always be able to get back up.

Speaking of the title song YUNSEUL specifies:
“The title song is composed as if we were watching a novel or a movie. The scene is also made as if we were reproducing a dance in a song to express it as if we were watching a musical.”
When the journalists ask them what their goals are, JIUN speaks up to explain that they would all dream of being in the rankings up to first place and for her, she dreams of participating in the Coachella festival, of seeing herself on stage like other Kpop groups have been able to do.
For this MV, everything starts at the exit of a school. Little girls’ school uniforms in white, the time becomes black and dark, and it is the chorus that will bring back this light before an awakening that hurts sometimes, but you have to fight to have the desire to become free.
In the explanation of the single, the second title of it “다시는 너의 손을 놓고 싶지 않아“, makes you feel the sensitivity of J-POP, with this same young woman who transforms into a courageous person, who does not break even in difficult times or when she feels weak.
For this new single “BE YOUR WAVE” which includes two songs, the title song “너에게로 가는 길이 너무 어려워” and the song “다시는 너의 손을 놓고 싶지 않아“, the group worked again with EL CAPITXN and Nano (both former members of the group History) who were already present on the first album. The two producers have already worked with the artists Enhypen, Tiot, Place, Triple S … enough to make you a little more impatient for the titles to be released.
AIN specifies that having worked with the same team for the design of the song, it was easier to be well directed, because they already knew each other and therefore it became much simpler and natural with the two designers.
The group will end this showcase with the performance of the second title “다시는 너의 손을 놓고 싶지 않아“, allowing to further show its vocal skills, with outfits reminiscent of Japanese schoolgirls. Each member thanking the journalists for coming.
Our reporter’s word: “This is a first comeback since the debuts, the girls still have to find their marks, but already they give a lot during the performances and the choreography“
