(G)I-DLE’s MINNIE has announced a full-fledged solo comeback.
Cube Entertainment confirmed their comeback on January 21 by releasing a teaser video and artwork for MINNIE’s first solo mini album “HER” on the group’s official SNS on January 8.
In the teaser video for “coming soon,” MINNIE recalls “Blind eyes red,” which was pre-released, which depicts eyes with intense red and black colors. Since then, the date has been changed from January 7 to 21, raising expectations for the comeback.
In the teaser of the illustration released later, the character with the album title “HER” and MINNIE with black hair in a pretty pink color created an atmosphere contrary to the “coming soon” video.
The question of the message that MINNIE will deliver through her first solo album after the pre-release song was raised.
In the meantime, MINNIE has shown a wide musical spectrum by participating in songwriting and composing and collaborating with various artists of (G)I-DLE. She also made headlines by singing the soundtrack “Like a dream” for tvN’s drama “Lovely runner.”
