Group CIX (BX, Hoon, Yonghee, Hyunseok) released their seventh EP album “THUNDER FEVER” on the 23rd of last month and appeared on various music shows to perform the title song “Thunder” on stage.
“THUNDER FEVER” topped the weekly music charts of album sales aggregator site Hanteo Chart (January 27 to February 2) and ranked first on the iTunes Top Albums chart in nine regions. The music video for the title track “Thunder” also confirmed CIX’s strong global popularity, surpassing 16 million views on YouTube.
On the music broadcast stage, CIX showed a more mature ability with a dynamic group dance that matches the strong rhythm of “Thunder”. The groovy dance line with CIX’s unique rhythm and the powerful dance break in the second half enhanced the taste of watching and listening.
CIX’s thrilling visual transformation that fits the concept of thunder and lightning also attracted attention. In addition, the members’ expressive skills and complicity were showcased on a high-quality stage, warming the hearts of fans around the world.
In addition to the title song, CIX also performed attractive vocals on the ballad “My everlasting sun.” CIX’s solid vocals and warm sensitivity on the stand microphone won favorable reviews.
