Singer CHUNGHA has raised expectations by releasing the first teaser of the music video.
On February 7, CHUNGHA released a video teaser for the music video for “Stress,” the title track of her new EP album “ALIVIO,” on her official social media and More Vision’s official YouTube channel.
The released video begins with CHUNGHA meditating in front of people at a yoga center. Afterward, CHUNGHA couldn’t easily focus on the meditation and screamed from the stress and the voices she can hear, sparking fans’ curiosity about the story of the music video.

In particular, through the lyrics “HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS” in the second half of the video, CHUNGHA’s album is expected to depict the confusion, conflict, and liberation caused by stress, further raising expectations.
“ALIVIO” means “comfort” and “relief” and is an album that contains CHUNGHA’s most intimate feelings and honest stories. One of the songs in the double title track, “Stress,” is a track that leads the flow of emotions at the center of the album. CHUNGHA participated in the lyrics herself, releasing the emotions that had been suppressed by stress and capturing the courage to pursue happiness in her own way.
CHUNGHA’s new EP album “ALIVIO” will be released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. KST on February 12.
