EXO’s KAI (31, real name Kim Jong In) has fulfilled his military defense duty and released his appeal.
KAI will be discharged from his military service on February 10 after completing his alternative service as a social worker. KAI previously entered the army training center in May 2023 and served as a substitute for social service personnel after receiving basic military training.
As KAI returns to fans, only SEHUN remains in the military among the group members. The youngest SEHUN will be discharged on September 20.
EXO is reportedly starting to prepare for a potential comeback as a full group starting this year. SUHO and CHANYEOL, who recently participated in the 30th anniversary performance of “SMTown Live,” have hinted at their activities as a full group. In an interview about the recent film “Secret“, DO KYUNG SOO said, “EXO is back together. We decided to prepare this year, so you don’t have to worry about it.”
KAI debuted as a member of the boy group EXO in 2012 and served as the group’s main dancer. He has also released hit songs such as “Mmmh”, “Peaches”, and “Rover” as a solo artist.
