Group I-DLE who broke up with its “G” had a successful funeral… The fan event was held successfully.

An exhibition to bid farewell to the “G” of the group (G)I-DLE has concluded.
Cube Entertainment held the “(G) EXHIBITION” at its studios in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on May 2nd. The event took place seven times in total, from noon to 8 p.m., on the same day.
The exhibition was themed after the “for G” music video, in which the group’s name was changed to “I-DLE.” Fans who entered the exhibition wore black dresses and were able to admire sections such as the i-dle area, the listening area, the history wall, the message wall, and the MD area.
A wall with the members’ footprints and a space where they can leave messages for the members, the “i-dle” area, designed as an object from the “for G” video, and the listening area, where they can listen to excerpts from I-DLE’s 8th mini-album, were created for fans and G.
A surprise event was also held. In addition to offering them salty bread with the “I-DLE” logo after the show, the members went to the venue to host a talk show during the seventh finale.
On the occasion of the 7th anniversary of their debut, the members of I-DLE, who announced their new debut under the name “I-DLE,” will release their 8th mini-album on May 19th.
