The South Korean trio delivered an unforgettable evening to their French fans one marked by intensity, expression, and a deep human connection.

It was in Montpellier that BIG OCEAN wrapped up their European tour, and this final stop lived up to everything the trio stands for: sincerity, intensity, and shared emotion. PJ, JISEOK, and CHANYEON once again proved they’re not just K-pop artists they’re performers who live every moment fully on stage. Invited by Envol Production, Kstation Tv was able to attend this touching concert.
From the first notes of “Flow”, the crowd sang along, eyes met, and smiles were exchanged. They didn’t just perform they made us feel with them. All three members, who are hard of hearing, communicate by speaking, singing, signing, and most of all, by pouring their whole selves into every second on stage.
“We’re happy to be here. Montpellier is a beautiful city… Can I live here?” JISEOK joked, sparking laughter and applause throughout the venue. Later, CHANYEON teased the crowd: “It’s so hot, right? I want to take off my shirt!” To which PJ replied with a grin, “Me too?” These spontaneous exchanges only deepened the already warm and playful connection with the audience.
Song after song followed with “Enjoy”, “Glow”, and “Bright”, each charged with its own distinct emotion. One of the evening’s most touching moments came with PJ’s solo on “Sinking”. Alone on stage, he conveyed everything through movement and expression, living each word with raw, heartfelt intensity. When the song ended, a hush fell over the room.
Then, with a shy smile: “Thank you so much. We’ll move on to the next song”. But the other members hadn’t come back yet. PJ looked around, confused: “Uh… where did my members go?” And with a chuckle: “Well, guess I’ll keep going solo, haha”. A tender, honest moment that drew smiles from the whole crowd.
The group returned with “Stay with me”, the OST from “Goblin (도깨비)“, performed with a soft choreography that lingered in the emotional atmosphere. Once again, BIG OCEAN didn’t aim to impress they aimed to connect. And they did.
Near the end of the show, the three members stepped forward with a French flag covered in fan messages. They raised it toward the audience, then grabbed phones extended from the pit to film the crowd themselves capturing the moment from their own perspective. The emotion was palpable, reflected on every face. “We know some of you came from Spain… thank you so much” said JISEOK.
Just before their final bow, a staff member joined them on stage to hand over a guestbook filled with fan messages from across Europe. The trio received it with care, eyes glistening. PJ, visibly moved, said: “We’ll remember everything”.
CHANYEON closed: “This is our last concert in Europe”, before thanking the staff, the French team, their companions and most of all, the PADO (fanbase name).
PJ added, “Being on stage isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real… and thanks to you, we could be”. One last “Popolopopo!” echoed through the hall, joyfully repeated in unison by the crowd.

That night, BIG OCEAN offered more than just a concert. They gave a piece of themselves, with no barriers and the PADO walked away with the sense of having lived something truly one-of-a-kind.
