SEVENTEEN’s music video for “Maestro” surpassed 100 million views on YouTube as of the morning of June 26.

The title track from their best-of album “17 IS RIGHT HERE,” “Maestro” is a striking dance R&B song featuring a powerful piano sound. It delivers the message: “United in our diversity, let’s lead our world and become the best at setting the trend.” The music video, which explores who the true maestro is in a world where anything can be created by AI (artificial intelligence), enhances the song’s grand atmosphere with SEVENTEEN’s signature charisma and energy.
Since its release last April, the song has dominated major Korean streaming platforms like Melon, Genie, and Bugs, and charted for four consecutive weeks on the US Billboard Global 200 and Global (excluding US) charts, confirming its huge popularity both domestically and internationally. In April, it also surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, becoming SEVENTEEN’s 14th track to hit this milestone.
SEVENTEEN now has eight music videos with over 100 million views. Among them, the MVs for “울고 싶지 않아 (Don’t wanna cry)” and “손오공 (Super)” have surpassed 200 million views, while “Maestro,” “박수 (Clap),” “아주 NICE,” “Left & Right,” “HOT,” and “Rock with you” have all crossed the 100 million mark.
Additionally, SEVENTEEN generated strong buzz with their fifth studio album, “HAPPY BURSTDAY,” released last month. The album set a record for first-week sales with 2.52 million copies sold, the highest for any K-pop album released this year. It also debuted at No. 2 on the US Billboard 200, matching their personal best ranking, and stayed on the chart for three consecutive weeks.
