EPEX returns with their 3rd studio album to conclude its youth trilogy.
The group EPEX has confirmed the release of its third studio album on July 28 at 6 PM KST.
Titled “소화(韶華) Chapter 3: 낭만 청춘 (Youth Chapter 3: ROMANTIC YOUTH),” this album will close the youth trilogy started last year by the group. After “Youth Chapter 1: Prelude of Youth” and “Youth Chapter 2: Growing Pains,” fans eagerly await the message EPEX will deliver in this final chapter.
A teaser image released on June 30 at midnight on the group’s official social media gives a glimpse of the new album’s vibe: a flower-covered island floating in the middle of the sea, accompanied by a whale leap, evoking freedom and a refreshing summer feeling.
EPEX continues a strong international momentum this year, notably with its successful Asian tour “Youth Chapter 2: Growing Pains.” In May, they also released “so nice,” a lively collaboration with the American retro synthpop duo joan.
The group was also chosen as a promotional ambassador for “Talk Talk Korea 2025,” an international content competition organized by Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Recently, they collaborated with major Japanese retailers Don Quijote, Apita, and Piago, and participated in the prestigious Tokyo Girls Collection (TGC) fashion show, demonstrating their versatility.
After an 8-month wait, EPEX will make their highly anticipated return with “Youth Chapter 3: ROMANTIC YOUTH,” available on all online music platforms on July 28 at 6 PM KST.
