IVE, the ultimate MZ icon, will return on August 25 with their 4th mini album, “IVE SECRET.”
The group will officially make its comeback on August 25 with the release of its fourth mini album titled “IVE SECRET.”
Starship Entertainment announced the news on July 31 by unveiling a moving poster through the group’s official social media channels, revealing the comeback date.
The animated poster caught fans’ attention with symbolic objects that reflect the unique personalities of the six members. Among them are a winged baby animal, a moving paper crane, a reusable tumbler, and a toy gun with wings emerging from the barrel, mysterious and meaningful visuals that sparked curiosity.
The members are shown from behind, each holding one of these objects, enhancing the secretive and dreamlike atmosphere of the concept. Additionally, the phrase “XOXZ coming soon,” shared alongside the poster, suggests that “XOXZ” will be the album’s title track, further building anticipation.
“IVE SECRET” marks the group’s return about seven months after the release of its previous mini album, “IVE EMPATHY,” which dropped in February. That release earned IVE their fifth consecutive million-seller. With the pre-release track “Rebel heart” and title track “Attitude,” the group took home 15 music show wins (11 for “Rebel heart” and 4 for “Attitude”), cementing its reputation as a top-tier group.
