Rookie boy group NOWZ from Cube Entertainment met its American fans for the very first time since its debut.
NOWZ (Hyeonbin, Yun, Yeonwoo, Jinhyuk, Siyun) took the stage at “KCON LA 2025” on August 1 (local time) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, performing as part of the M COUNTDOWN STAGE lineup.
They kicked off their set with “Problem child“, a high-energy, polished performance that instantly fired up the crowd. The track, featured on their debut mini-album “IGNITION” released last month, showcased NOWZ’s bold charm and left a strong impression on K-pop fans with its dynamic staging and seamless group synergy.
Meeting their American audience for the first time, the members of NOWZ shared:
“Thanks to your cheers and energy, we were able to give our best performance. It was our very first time performing in LA, so we were both excited and nervous. We worked really hard to prepare for this moment, so please keep showing us your love and support. Thank you so much.”
Following that, they performed “Everglow”, the title track from “IGNITION”, delivering a stage full of powerful vocals and musical depth, a performance worthy of their status as standout rookies from the Gen Z group, Zalpha.
NOWZ also treated fans to a special performance of “Maniac” by Stray Kids, wowing the crowd with its razor-sharp choreography, intense stage presence, and its own unique flair, proving themselves as rising stars of K-pop’s next generation.
After wrapping up their successful appearance at KCON LA 2025, NOWZ will continue their global journey with a performance at ALL THE K-POP STAGE IN MACAU, taking place on August 9 at the Venetian Arena in Macau.
