Warning against online defamation from Modhaus.
The artist management company Modhaus has announced that it will take strict legal action against online and social media posts containing malicious defamation, spreading of false information, personal attacks, or reputation damage targeting its artists.

Here is the translation of the official statement released by Modhaus on August 22:
“Hello, this is Modhaus.
We are fully aware of malicious posts, false information, and personal attacks targeting our artists on online platforms and social media. We are closely monitoring this content and are doing our utmost to eliminate it.
In particular, the crime of defamation is a serious offense under Articles 307, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Penal Code, punishable by up to 5 years in prison, up to 10 years suspension from certain duties, or a fine of up to 10 million won (approximately 6,000 euros).
For this reason, Modhaus is preparing strong legal action against any online or social media posts containing malicious defamation, false information, or personal attacks. Actions will soon be carried out through our internal legal department.
We would like to make it clear that we will grant no leniency or settlements to the perpetrators and will do everything possible to take strict measures.
Thank you.“
