Singer WOODZ (Cho Seungyoun) has officially confirmed his first comeback since being discharged from the military.

On September 16, his agency, EDAM Entertainment, surprised fans by releasing a teaser video through WOODZ’s official channels, announcing his return.
The video opens with a shot of a loosely posted flyer on a wall. WOODZ then appears, briefly looks at the camera, presses the flyer firmly back into place, and walks away. The camera then zooms in on the poster, revealing the phrase “Would you be my love?”, catching viewers’ attention. The final scene displays the date “2025.09.24 (WED) 18:00 (KST),” officially confirming the comeback and building anticipation among fans.
In the teaser, WOODZ sports rose-colored hair and a sleek suit, giving off a fresh and striking vibe. Since September 16 is known in Korea as “Confession say,” the message “Would you be my love?” holds even more emotional meaning for fans.
WOODZ was discharged from the military this past July and has already resumed activities, starting with the visualizer release of his pre-single “SMASHING CONCRETE.” He’s also been highly active in the commercial world, serving as a brand ambassador for several companies and appearing in numerous photoshoots. His television appearances, such as on “Hangout With Yoo” and “Live Wire”, have also highlighted his multifaceted charm.
Additionally, he has lit up major stages both in Korea and abroad, delivering top-tier live performances at events like Summer Sonic and the Sound Planet Festival. This month, he’s also scheduled to perform at the Woori Momocon charity concert and the Busan International Rock Festival. His activities are expected to expand even further across various fields moving forward.
WOODZ’s new single will be available on all major music streaming platforms on September 24 at 6 PM (KST).
