According to Pledis Entertainment, the group’s label under HYBE, the music video for the title track “_WORLD” from SEVENTEEN’s 4th studio album repackage, “SECTOR 17,” surpassed 100 million views on YouTube on the night of September 18.
Released in July 2022, “_WORLD” stands out for its harmony between a funky rhythm and a soft melody. The lyrics convey a romantic message: offering a whole new world to the person you fall in love with at first sight. The video portrays, with a refined atmosphere, a perfect world created according to the wishes of TEAM SVT, who accompany SEVENTEEN on an endless journey, enhancing the immersive experience.
With this achievement, SEVENTEEN now has nine music videos that have surpassed 100 million views. In addition to “Don’t wanna cry,” “Super,” and “Hot,” which exceeded 200 million views, “Maestro,” “Clap,” “Very NICE,” “Left & right,” “Rock with you,” and now “_WORLD” have all surpassed 100 million views.
SEVENTEEN held the concert “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN INCHEON” on September 13 and 14 at Incheon Asiad Stadium, attracting approximately 54,000 spectators.
