Singer and producer KUSH will marry model-turned-producer VVN this Saturday after nine years of being together.
THE BLACK LABEL, the agency representing both artists, confirmed the news on Wednesday, stating: “KUSH and VVN will be getting married on October 11.” The agency declined to provide further details.
The couple went public with their relationship in 2016. They reportedly met through a mutual acquaintance and grew closer over their shared passion for music.
KUSH debuted in 2003 as part of the reggae duo STONY SKUNK, later going on to produce tracks for BIGBANG and 2NE1. He also contributed to the original soundtrack of Netflix’s hit animated film “KPOP DEMON HUNTERS”, co-writing and composing the song “Soda pop”.
VVN began her career as a model in 2015 after winning a competition hosted by the fashion magazine Ceci. She is also known as the cousin of YURI, a member of GIRLS’ GENERATION, and appeared last year as a producer on Mnet’s music audition program “I-LAND 2”.
