Girl group KISS OF LIFE has unveiled its new Japanese title “Lucky”.
On October 27, KISS OF LIFE released a video teaser on its official Japanese social media channels for its first Japanese mini-album “TOKYO MISSION START”. In the video, the members of KISS OF LIFE appear surrounded by iconic Japanese cultural characters, such as rockabilly figures, gyaru-style students, superheroes, and artists, opening lottery balls and fortune cookies. The opening notes of the new track draw attention to the members and pique viewers’ curiosity.
Unlike their previous songs with a strong hip and powerful sound, the new title “Lucky” offers a light and lyrical atmosphere, featuring elegant groove movements by the members. This teaser builds anticipation for the Japanese mini-album.
The first Japanese mini-album of KISS OF LIFE, “TOKYO MISSION START”, is ts first release abroad since debut. It includes the original title “Lucky”, as well as previously released singles “Sticky (Japanese Ver.)”, “Midas Touch (Japanese Ver.)”, “Shhh (Japanese Ver.)”, “Nobody Knows (Remix)”, and “R.E.M (Remix)”, all rearranged and performed in Japanese.
KISS OF LIFE will officially release its Japanese debut mini-album “TOKYO MISSION START” on November 5.
