ALPHA DRIVE ONE (ALD1) is speeding up preparations for its official debut by revealing the name of its fanclub and its leader.
On November 1, the eight members, LEO, JUNSEO, ARNO, GEONWOO, SANGWON, XINLONG, ANXIN, and SANGHYEON, hosted an Instagram live broadcast where they announced their official fanclub name, “ALLYZ” (앨리즈), and revealed LEO as the group’s leader.
The name “ALLYZ” (앨리즈) symbolizes the group’s wish to “always be by their fans’ side.” It carries a special meaning, as ALPHA DRIVE ONE is a group born from the choices of its fans, and now, their fandom also bears a name chosen by them.
The fanclub naming process was global: fans from all over the world participated in a contest to officially name the fandom. This collaborative effort marks the first shared step between the group and its supporters. The fanclub “ALLYZ” is now open to fans worldwide, with continuous registration available.
During the live broadcast, LEO was also confirmed as the group’s leader. He stated:
