The agency is recovering very well and reports strong results.

FNC ENTERTAINMENT (hereafter FNC) released its consolidated results for the third quarter of 2025 via the electronic disclosure system. On a consolidated basis, third-quarter revenue reached 29.5 billion won (approximately 18.5 million euros), with an operating profit of 1.8 billion won, marking a second consecutive quarter in the green and achieving the best quarterly performance in the past seven years. The recovery that began in the second quarter has now entered a phase of sustained growth, indicating a significant improvement in annual results.
Thanks to a focus on its core business, FNC saw its music sector revenue reach 18.5 billion won, a 43% increase compared to the same period last year. This segment now represents about 62% of total revenue, up 6 percentage points from last year (56%), demonstrating the continued expansion of the company’s core operations. This growth in the music sector is mainly driven by an increase in concerts in Korea and abroad, while improving the profitability of this activity.
In the third quarter, all FNC artists performed a total of 54 concerts, continuing their intensive live activities. In particular, P1HARMONY held 9 concerts and N.FLYING held 16, marking the highest number of quarterly performances since the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the joint rock concert of the agency’s groups, “FNC BAND KINGDOM”, which took place in Taiwan in the first quarter, continued in July in Japan and then in August in Taiwan.
All FNC artists will continue their concert activities until the end of the year. FTISLAND, JUNG YONG HWA, and N.FLYING will each hold a encore concert in Korea. Notably, N.FLYING will give three concerts at the Seoul Ticketlink Live Arena (formerly the Handball Gymnasium of Seoul Olympic Park), in a venue larger than their previous Seoul shows, and all tickets have sold out, confirming the expansion of their national fanbase. Meanwhile, P1HARMONY, after successfully completing its North and South American tour, is preparing for a European tour scheduled for early next year, further expanding its global presence.
In addition, with actor JUNG HAE IN participating in a Netflix series, one of FNC’s other core pillars, actor management, is also expected to deliver positive results. FNC thus plans to maintain this growth momentum in the fourth quarter and further strengthen its revenue structure.
