The teaser for the music video of the new single “PROMISE” by DOYOUNG, released today (8) at midnight KST on the SMTOWN YouTube channel, shows a nostalgic atmosphere carried by scenes with an analog sensitivity over which a lyrical melody unfolds, drawing attention with its airy mood.
The track “늦은 말 (Promise)” is a ballad whose progression stands out with a minimalist piano beginning to which strings are added in the second half, enhancing emotional depth. The lyrics written by DOYOUNG express feelings difficult to confess when love becomes deeper, and although it is a late confession, they convey sincerity and resonance stronger than any other words.
