On December 8, KIM SEJEONG announced the release of her first single album “태양계” by posting the comeback poster and an animated poster on her official social media. This album marks her first release under her name since her first studio album “문(門)” released in September 2023, a return after 2 years and 3 months.
The published poster shows KIM SEJEONG’s elegant silhouette in a classic space bathed in natural light. The animated poster presents a scene where she slowly turns from the back, announcing the calm and emotional atmosphere of the album.
Since her solo debut in 2016 with “KKOTGIL,” KIM SEJEONG has participated in writing and composing numerous albums such as “화분,” “WHALE,” and “I’M,” developing her skills as a singer-songwriter. Notably, for her first studio album, she wrote all the songs, asserting her personal musical universe, which raises great interest for this new single.
Currently, KIM SEJEONG plays the lead role in the MBC Friday-Saturday drama “Moon river,” simultaneously continuing her acting activities. In addition, to celebrate her 10-year career, she plans a fan concert tour “열 번째 편지” starting in Seoul next January and stopping in 8 cities worldwide, continuing an active end-of-year and start-of-year period between her singing and acting careers.
